In LAX class of this semester, our group mainly focused on the theme of handmade goods. We need to use some recyclable materials for processing and production. In this process, my hands-on ability has been greatly improved and my imagination and creativity have been cultivated. In addition, when I showed my handmade products to my classmates in the form of PowerPoint, I also exercised my language expression ability and communication ability, and the feedback from everyone after my speech made me more confident
In the DIY class, I learned a lot of specific skills and knowledge, which greatly improved my hands-on ability and creativity.
First of all, by completing various projects, my creativity and problem-solving ability have been greatly improved. At the same time, my patience has also been cultivated. When encountering problems such as insufficient materials or unreasonable designs, I have learned how to adjust plans, find alternatives, and solve practical problems. These practical experiences have made me realize that flexibility and innovative thinking are often the key to successfully completing a project.
In addition, I also realized the importance of teamwork. Many projects need to be completed in cooperation with classmates. Through division of labor and collaboration, we can complete tasks more efficiently. I learned how to communicate with others and share my ideas, while also listening to others' suggestions and coordinating our respective work to achieve the best results.
In general, this DIY class not only allows me to master a lot of practical manual skills, but also improves my comprehensive abilities, including creativity, problem-solving skills, and teamwork spirit. These gains will be of great help to my future study and life.
